Coerced into another event but worth the market research at the very least. I should have started the post more upbeat and positive which I like to think I am, however, its interesting how tiredness effects your body as a whole. Perhaps not the best preparation for an event tomorrow but I remain confident by ‘framing’ the event as a non-competitive fun run and research exercise. Unlike previous event preparation, I have continued to exercise slightly more than usual when tapering for an event. So at this point in my prep I reckon a reasonable nights sleep followed by a well timed breakfast, some pre-race caffiene and the sheer adrenaline of the start line will suffice
