Spartan Race Training Diary: Day 2
November 2012 seems a long way off but training begins now. The events of last year appeared tough at first but this next challenge is even more daunting.

After the Christmas break everything seems alot tougher, whether its getting up for 6am training or trying those 5-10km runs after pesky winter colds. However, training resumed this morning with a Push up-Burpee-ChinUp combo.
There’s some sloppy form at times, no excuses – even if we were tired!
Its a tough Kettlebell session this evening along with making sure good food, life balance & sleep stay just as high on the agenda!
