Spartan Training | Early Planning

Strength, a foundation of  power and endurance.

The video clips are a snapshot of an early morning session performed this week as we formulate a program of compound moves. I’m joined by Andy & LJ as we focus on a weight training day and begin to practice the Olympic Clean. We’ve some way to go before matching our potential lift : body-weight ratio, however, a starting point for a review of technique is valuable for planning and progression.
