Classes
Whether you’re teaming up with a friend or joining a public exercise class, group exercise can be highly motivational and enjoyable. 
- My experience with group training crosses several age ranges from teaching youths in Dagenham and Hellesdon through to mature participants in the quaint village of Stokesby.
- Currently I offer a variety of group exercises sessions including Body Conditioning, Kettlebells, Thai-Bo, Kickboxing, Bootcamp plus a Yoga based Stretch & Tone class
- Most classes are ‘pay as you go’ and open to all, please see the timetable for more details.
