Body Conditioning is a challenging workout using bodyweight & kettlebells to target all your major muscle groups combined with an aerobic and core component.
Kettlebell workouts challenge the muscular and cardiovascular systems to provide a dynamic total-body workout. Effective & great for toning!
Kickboxing is a fitness based workout using simple moves and combinations for an intense cardiovascular workout.
Boot Camp this is a varied, full on workout taking place outside in the fresh air & indoors if the weather is particularly unforgiving!
Thai-bo is a high intensity ‘cardio’ session of Thai-kickboxing and aerobics! No martial arts experience needed
Stretch & Tone takes the principles of Yoga & Pilates to provide a gentle flexibility and balance session, ideal for senior citizens.
What you’ll need . . .
Clothing: t-shirt, shorts or tracksuit bottom (Sports bra or adequate support if applicable).
A bottle of water or sports drink. A light post exercise snack if you’ve not eaten for >2hours.
Haven’t exercised in ages?
Don’t worry, start at a comfortable pace and work at a level you’re happy with. Classes are not competitive so you can stop as often as you like.
Safety first . . .
If you have any injuries or health issues of any kind, always let me know before the class begins.
Those under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be able to take part in a class as they have a tendency to keep falling over. Avoid eating at least 1 hour before exercise, thus reducing the risk of sharing your food with the class!
If you have any health concerns, regardless of how small, then email, call or chat to me before the class.
Always consult your GP if you’re new to exercise.
