Discovering Kettlebells…

After passing my EKI with Optimal Life Fitness it was time to share …

My First Kettlebell Classes held at the Rapid Defence Academy, Norwich 2008-2009.

Each session squeezed tough kettlebell routines into 45mins.

Early Intense, exhausting, lean making Sessions!!
