Your Personal Training begins with a friendly informal consultation to identify your targets, exercise preferences, fitness level and to enable us to make a realistic plan based around your lifestyle. Together we’ll plan a strategy to successfully achieve your goals.
Your Personal Training Session
Next I’ll tailor an invigorating workout that meets your requirements and keeps you motivated during & after the session.
We’ll include various training methods from Body Weight to Kettlebells, Balance & Core Stability tools such as the Bosu, ViPR, Medicine Balls, or even Boxing & Thai-boxing. Access to relevant CV machines is also available especially for rehab, interval training and increasing cardiovascular fitness
We’ll use the best choice to complement your preferences and goals.
